Tristan und Isolde, Richard Wagner

In the new production of Tristan und Isolde from Opéra Nice Côte d’Azur, a coproduction with Opéra National de Bordeaux, the spotlight shines brightly on Samuel Sakker, who takes on the challenging role of Tristan. This opera, composed in three acts by the renowned Richard Wagner, features a musical direction by Marko Letonja and is brought to life through the innovative staging and video work of Bertrand Bonello. The striking sets designed by Emanuele Sini and the costumes by Pauline Jacquard complement the atmospheric lighting created by Felipe Ramos. Alongside Sakker, the cast includes Annette Dasch as Isolde and Albert Dohmen as King Marke, promising a captivating experience for audiences.
